If you wish to submit your document in hard copy, please print on one side only of good white paper (preferably A4), do not use staples, and remember to keep a copy for yourself. Complete the Online Submission Form and you will then be contacted with information about how and where to send your document.

Whether you are submitting online or in hard copy, well-formatted text can save a considerable amount of time during the editorial process. The following formatting rules are intended as guidelines:

  • Consecutive page numbers at the top right of each page
  • Total number of pages printed on the first page
  • Top quarter of the first page of text left blank
  • Lines double-spaced and aligned left (no extra spacing for paragraphs)
  • First line of each chapter aligned left
  • First line of all other paragraphs indented by 1 tab character
  • One size of a simple serif typeface throughout (e.g. Courier 12pt)
  • Margins at least 2.5 cm (1 inch) all around
